RABINOWITZ, Justice. OPINION. The central issue in this appeal concerns the superior courts denial of Weltins motion to suppress. Appellant was indicted for the crime of possession of cocaine. He subsequently filed a motion to suppress as evidence a vial and its contents which had been removed from his pocket. This motion was grounded on the assertion that the vial had been taken from him pursuant to an unreasonable search and seizure. After conducting an evidentiary hearing, the superior court denied Weltins motion.
